CREACIÓN

El distrito El Carmen de la Frontera, fue creado un 04 de Diciembre de 1964, por Ley Nro. 15248 durante el Gobierno del Dr. Manuel PRADO UGARTECHE . Ciudadanos encabezados por don Felipe Santiago ADRIANZEN FLORES y Victor ELERA ADRIANZEN, se organizan y formulan un Memorial al Presidente de la Republica, solicitando la creación del Distrito de Sapalache.
